Workers are key NPCs that keep your camp running smoothly. They are used in the following tasks:
* Gathering resources
* Building or upgrading facilities
* Operating production facilities
* Occupy nodes in Node Manager
Viewing Individual Workers
You can see your workers’ individual stats by tapping the Workers button in the command bar on your Camp menu (bottom screen) to bring up the worker list. From there, tap the magnifying glass icon to view their stats. You can also change their names or fire them from the same screen.
Worker Stats
Each worker has three stats. These stats increase as they level up.
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Vitality | Higher value means that the worker can collect resources faster and consumes lower amount of food. |
| Strength | Higher value means they’re faster in constructing or upgrading facilities. |
| Dexterity | Higher value means they’re faster in producing items. |
Leveling up
Workers gain EXP every time they complete a task. Once a worker reaches max level, you can promote him/her to increase the stats and level cap. Their grade or color will increase as well. You can only promote the worker once he or she is available and currently not doing any assigned task.
